Dear Deep,

Great Weekend!! Although I’m still waking up at 3:15 because my internal clock is whack from working mornings not to mention Daylight Savings!! My BFF Wendy, her son Jack, and my kiddos took in a movie! WOW, if you don’t matinee, it’s like $50!! We saw the movie Penelope starring Christina Ricci who was a lil girl born with a “curse” of a pig snout for a nose. Kids, Wendy and I both loved it! HOWEVER, last week, our sister station was giving away Penelope prize packs and had an extra left….They offered me this darling scarf from the movie (which at the time I knew nothing about). I wore the purple and green scarf with great pride last week to work. Only to find out Saturday that Penelope used THE SCARF to cover her SNOUT to go outside her home!!! OMG, I thought I was SO HOT with this scarf, I didn’t know why anyone was pointing and laughing!

 

The truth is Penelope is a GREAT movie, Reece Witherspoon directed and starred too. I also need a strap on pig snout for the next time I decide to wear my scarf! Thanks Shanna!!!!
